Channelpharm knows that IP is your most valuable asset. Ownership of IP is based on a mutually agreeable contract with regard to each project.

Some basic principles are as follows:
● Any work performed by Channelpharm and based on the technology package provided by the client belongs to the client. (Ex: Custom manufacturing)

● Ownership rights to the results of technical work paid for by the client belong to the client. (Ex: FTE outsourcing)

● IP ownership rights to work paid for by the client and that incorporate Channelpharm proprietary technology will be determined according to individual contract agreements.

● Any work performed by Channelpharm that is not paid for in a contractual R&D working arrangement belongs to Channelpharm.
